Agreed acqusition of 3net by Maxima Holdings.
I am delighted to announce that 3net Ltd has today agreed to be acquired by Maxima Holdings plc and the transaction is expected to complete in late May. Maxima is an IT services group, quoted on the Alternative Investment Market (AIM), which is regulated by the London Stock Exchange. Maxima’s strategy is to consolidate the fragmented IT services market through organic growth and the acquisition of niche services-based organisations that exhibit focus and dedication to resolving client business issues and nurturing long-term partnerships.
Of course, we will honour all your existing contracts with 3net, and hope to continue to work with you in the long-term. Our goal is to continue improving service levels and to provide access to a broader range of skills and services, better scale and additional financial stability.
3net will continue to deliver infrastructure consultancy and services as a business unit within Maxima, and you will gradually be introduced to the additional application-based skills across the whole Maxima Group. For our clients, this consolidation now enables an end-to-end service delivery from communications integration through to management of customer applications.
Maxima has a 20 year track record of implementing and supporting enterprise software solutions for a wide range of organisations, through a compliment of over 300 highly motivated staff. We support a range of our own products, as well as being experts in technologies from Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, SAP, Citrix and Cognos. Our skills span mainframe, mid-range and PC-based systems and we deliver business application integration expertise.
Everyone in Maxima and 3net is very excited about the future represented by these positive changes. We will keep you informed of ongoing developments, but in the meantime, please do not hesitate to contact me, or your usual contact within 3net, if you require any further information. I look forward to meeting you in due course.
Yours sincerely,
Kelvin Harrison
