3net and Trend Communications have formed a strategic partnership to offer support services in the UK. 3net manages the overall client engagement, SLA management and provides specialist support. Trend Communications provides the logistics, warehousing and spares management along with support for non-core technologies that 3net do not provide in house.
Trend Communications also entered into a partnership agreement with 3net to provide Nortel application switch support solutions throughout the UK.
3net has been accredited by Nortel as the UK's only Specialist Support Partner (SSP) for Nortel application switch products. 3net has demonstrated their professional ability to meet the demands of customers as well as meeting all aspects of Nortel's very stringent technical requirements to provide full pre and post sales support on the entire application switch product range.
The Nortel SSP program is designed to ensure our customers receive a "turnkey" solution which includes; a consistent level of technical expertise and the ability to offer a key range of mandatory and optional services. 3net's ongoing commitment to invest in training to become a SSP partner further enforces their resolve to provide a best-in-class service for Nortel products.
Trend provide the level 1 and 2 telephone and hardware replacement support services throughout the UK using its advanced Operational Control Centre, national force of field engineers and logistically-optimised spares holding centres. 3net deliver advanced level 3 software support services as part of the partnership.
The 3net-Trend partnership has already demonstrated how it can
complement existing support services offered by Nortel
and deliver advanced service level agreements across the entire
application switch product range for mission critical requirements.
