3net demonstrates its commitment to customer service through offering accredited support services. 3net is a Crossbeam authorised support partner (CASP) and Check Point certified collaborative support provider (CCSP).


The CCSP and CASP programs allow 3net engineers direct access into Crossbeam and Checkpoint's technical support services on a 24x7 basis. Fault conditions experienced by our customers can be securely logged online by 3net, directly with these key partners, with improved visibility of call progress via secure portals.

3net has been very proactive in working with Crossbeam to find better ways of providing customer support. 3net is the first Crossbeam partner in the UK to reach all the milestones required for the CASP program.

3net is already a Check Point silver partner, holding consulting and MSP specialisations. Through the new CCSP accreditation 3net has proved it has certified and trained support experts authorised to offer Collaborative Enterprise Support, delivering local, first-line support backed by global, in-depth resources from Check Point.
