I must write with regards to 3net’s performance at T-Mobile.

I found them to be very professional, knowledgeable and willing to help.

They played an essential part in getting our management systems up and working. 3net consultants were very helpful to other members of the team with ad-hoc requests, and were resourceful in getting their answers (i.e. using the full resources behind 3net etc.)

I would definitely welcome 3net working with us again (in fact hoping they will!!). I would like to use some of the training documentation 3net have already produced, for our own in-house training.
