When new Network infrastructure is introduced to the business, IT staff need to learn how to configure it and provide technical support should things go wrong. If IT staff are not given adequate training there may be a number of business impacts, including service disruptions, reduced efficiency and productivity and missed deadlines. When IT staff are not properly equipped to deal with incidents they become frustrated and unhappy and the business starts to lose confidence in the new system.
